Glowbal
Visited Glowbal again for the friend’s birthday. The food was amazing in terms of the taste, presentation and creativity! Chef Robert Lee is definitely one of the best in town! We tried almost all cocktails on the menu, all very good but our group’s favourite is the Rose! Definitely will recommend this restaurant to everyone! Plus service is excellent!

GLOBE @ YVR RESTAURANT
The restaurant is inside the airport. You can park at the airport parking for free. Food is delicious and the presentation is top notch too. Price is on the higher end, around $90 per person. Overall we had great experience here and would definitely come again.

Saysutshun (Newcastle Island) Marine Provincial Park
My heart belongs to Saysutshun! It is a place of mystery, history, education, fun, relaxation, healing and growth. I spend most of my summers camping, hanging out, riding the trails and boating and kayaking and Paddleboarding and canoeing here. The food at the little restaurant is amazing and the hall is available to rent for dances and weddings and parties. What a wonderful escape 8 minutes from downtown Nanaimo!

First visit here sold me!! I am a repeat offender, having been twice and won’t be my last! The happy hour menu is diverse, each dish fresh and tasty. The flavours are exceptional, and cooked to perfection.The staff are very attentive and friendly, always checking in and receptive to feedback.The decor and feel of the restaurant is classy, elegant, and inviting. I even took a photo of the hand soap in the bathroom because it smelled divine!!! Thank you Archer! Can’t wait to return and try the dinner menu next!

Had a delicious Sunday roast here, the best in Vancouver. Staff were so lovely and friendly and couldn’t of done more for us. Would highly recommend for anyone who misses a good Sunday roast if your from uk/ireland

Dockside Restaurant
It was very nice experience to have lunch here. I ate outside which was perfect decision. The patio section was closed yet around 12pm.Hawaiian flatbread was so good but I think it could be little spicy for some people.People were so nice here too! I’d like to visit again if I have a chance to go to Granville Island!!

Tramonto at River Rock Casino Resort
Minimum bets were too high, no $5/$10 tables. Majority of playing spaces are electronic which is not fun, might as well gamble on your phone. Wanted to roll dice and play craps with the boys but it was all electronic tables... I've been to better casinos. This one's set up for efficiency not fun.

Farmer's Apprentice Restaurant
We ordered the family style menu for the table. I would say it’s sufficient for three people dinner. 7 to 8 different small portions including appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Everything was so fresh and tasty. The fact that everything is local made it even more pleasant. Staff are super nice and friendly. I love this place ambiance and decorations.

We decided to let the chef decide what to bring on the table tonight. And what a surprise! Every single dishes taste so good. My favourite one was the salmon. It’s so crispy outside and juicy inside. Oh love the salad too!
